What’s your return policy?
US Orders - As long as your product hasn’t been washed or worn, you can return or exchange it for FREE for any reason within 30 days.
International Orders - You can return any product that hasn't been washed or worn within 30 days, though regrettably we are unable to provide a pre-paid shipping label.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Send an email to email@example.com within 30 days to let us know what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send you a free shipping label with mailing instructions.
Returns - We’ll issue a refund to your credit card as soon as we receive the item(s).
Exchanges - Please tell us which item you’re going to send back, along with a link from our website showing the product you’d like in exchange. Please remember to include the size and color option (where available). We’ll ship off your new item as soon as we receive the one that didn’t work out. Any necessary credit card adjustments will be made at that time, too.
But there's no paperwork in my shipment. How will you know it's mine? And speaking of which, why is there no paperwork in my shipment?
We scrutinize every facet of our business for environmental impact. If we can save one piece of paper, we will. We’ve got your order information stored digitally and you’ve got the electronic confirmation and receipt, so we don’t see the need to print it out.
If you need to make a return or exchange, please send back your item according to the instructions above and we’ll be able to identify that it’s yours by the return name and address on the shipping label.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping for a flat rate of $25 to anywhere your heart desires.
Shipping time will depend on the destination, but usually arrives to the country within 6-10 business days, plus extra time for customs processing.
* Please be advised that all international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. We really wish we could help, but there's no way to control or estimate additional costs the recipient may be charged by their local customs agency.
You ship via USPS? Seriously?
Blame it on nostalgia. There’s just something about seeing our neighborhood postman and that little truck that makes us smile. We ship all domestic orders via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail.
