It's that time of year when the air is fresh and everyone is chipper (sorry to the folks on the flip side of the equator, but fall is awesome too)! Spring is almost here, and with it comes fresh Prawno designs: "Spotted Eagles", "Aquarium", and "Sharknado" (yes, Sharknado). Our next batch of designs celebrates the diversity of the reef life found in the Caribbean (hence the CAR found hidden in two of the designs).
So check out our newest creations, and because we love you, we're sneaking in this little 10% off code (SPRINGDESIGNS) as a thank you for reading (use at checkout, good until March 1).
Sharknado (yes we are intentionally riffing off the hilariously silly movie), is inspired by the aggregations of sharks in the Caribbean. It is also a design we created to honor work done towards shark research and documentation, by dedicated folks such as our ambassadors, Jillian Morris Brake and Duncan Brake of Sharks4Kids and OceanicAllastars. The design consists of hammerheads and nurse sharks snapped in the Caribbean.
Our "Aquarium" design features beautiful reef fish from all over the Caribbean, particularly The Cayman Islands. Hogfish, Nassau Grouper and Queen Angelfish are among some of the main characters. If you've ever been diving or snorkeling on a healthy reef, then you understand the joy of a busy fish highway.
Soaring eagle rays are perhaps as majestic a sight as watching eagles fly on land. With wings filled with white spots, these elegant creatures are found all over the world. Our design was inspired by encounters in the Caribbean where we witnessed their grace by taking a bird's eye view of their wingspan.
