Here are a few helpful tips to help guide you in choosing which size will best fit you. Remember this is just a guide, as we are all different, and so these guidelines might not fit all body types/interpretations/ratios of weight to height! Men

The men’s tees are true to size, however keep in mind that our shirts are not a boxy cut. So if you like your shirts a tad on the baggier side, then go up a size.

Rash guards are a slim cut (for that lovely streamline effect in the water), however it is best to purchase the size in accordance to what you normally wear. Unless, of course, you are a little self-conscious about those brownies you've been sneaking from the break room! Then by all means, go up a size for some wiggle room.

Women

In the women’s style, the triblend tees run in a slim cut, so they are smaller than your average t-shirt. Going up a size is not unheard of and we are not judging you! We promise! Eco fabrics are still a slim cut, but not quite as tight as the triblends. Blouses have a more forgiving drape, and sweaters are more true to form.

Rash guards and sun shirts are a slim cut, so if you have also been partaking in a few extra goodies, then perhaps go up a size.

Unisex ( Hoodies )

A good rule of thumb is for men to treat these as if they are men’s sizes, and for women to go a size smaller than normal.
